How To Apply For A Donation

All applicants must complete the Trust’s application form and return it by post.

If Applying by fax or email, the signed original must be sent by post.

Section 1 – Application on Behalf of an Organisation

If you are applying on behalf of an organisation or group, you must complete Section 1 in full.

This section aims to gain information that will give the Trustees a General overview of your organisation and its structure. 

Section 2 – Individual Application

If you are applying for a grant for your own use you must complete Section 2

Section 3 – Finance

It is important that the Trustees have a clear understanding of the potential impact of the grant award. We are interested to know about the people or projects that will directly benefit from any award made.  Use the table provided to break down your costs as far as possible.

Section 4 – Reference And Declaration

Please provide the details of an individual who is independent of your organisation and knows your work well, or who can confirm the details of your individual application.

This person must be prepared to provide a reference should we require to contact them, therefore there approval must be gained by asking for their signature.

Please make sure that the person who has completed the application signs the declaration.

This person must be prepared to speak about the application should we require to contact them.

Please note, that all correspondence will be addressed to the individual.

Finally

If you are an organisation remember to enclose a copy of your annual accounts.

Don’t forget to make a copy of the entire application for your records and your referee.

Do not send additional information. Any other supplementary details will be discarded.
