The next meeting of the Mary Salmond Trust will be held on Monday 24 October. The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 21 October .

During the year to 31 March 2022 the Trustees met four times and approved 25 applications for funding support totalling £11,057.

The amount of each grant was limited to a maximum of £500. Of these grants, 23 were made to community organisations or charities and 2 were made to individuals.

Since the Trust was established in 2007, 438 grants amounting to £175,148 have been awarded, an average of £400 per grant.

Young people, schools, Scouts, Guides, Boys Brigade and community groups assisting young people and the community throughout the Trust’s area have been assisted to achieve their goals.
